Our client's passenger car dealership in North London are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join their team. As parts advisor, you will be a vital link between customers and the dealership, providing exceptional customer service and support in this key role.
The Role
- Using Keyloop Autoline software and Parts Catalogue to manage parts inventory and orders
- Assisting customers identify and source the correct parts for their vehicles
- Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintaining a tidy and organised parts department, adhering to health and safety standards
- Collaborating closely with service advisors and technicians to fulfil customer needs
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly
Skills
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry, either dealership or parts factor, is essential for this role
- Ability in using Autoline DMS software is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing parts orders
Salary and Benefits
