The position offers a guaranteed basic salary of £30,000, with the potential to earn an additional £27,000 to £30,000 in the first year through uncapped incentives and bonuses.
The working hours are from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime.

Careers Advisor (Sales Executive)

As a Careers Advisor, you will be cold calling qualified students looking for further study or indeed those employed looking to up skill. You will discuss further study options with them and talk about career aspirations to understand their motivations. You will then find the course for them by talking about different options including distant / online learning and guide them through the application process. You will liaise with the colleges and universities to ensure the enrolment process runs smoothly. Dependent on criteria, they may indeed be eligible for free study / government loan and again you will assist them with the application process.
