An award winning global law firm with a great reputation are looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Assistant on a permanent basis, to focus on the attraction, selection and development of trainees.

About the Role

Working as part of the wider early careers team, this is a broad role that will offer excellent exposure to both graduate recruitment and training matters. Responsibilities include:

  • Screening applications for training contracts/vacation schemes
  • Facilitate interviews and assessment centres
  • Coordinate skills training and logistics of events
  • Create interview packs for Partners
  • Liaise with future trainees and manage inductions
  • Assist with feedback and appraisals
  • Represent firm at law fairs and other marketing events
  • Produce offer paperwork and onboarding documents
  • Assist with systems and data reporting
  • Manage content for social media and website updates
  • Support with diversity & inclusion

Job Requirements

You will have a keen interest in early careers with experience in administration within a professional services environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a client facing role. You will be a strong communicator, organised, adaptable, and have strong attention to detail.
