People Advisor

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a People Advisor to join the HR team with one of our clients based in West London.

This role will support the business is all areas of HR, working very closely with the Head of People

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing senior management with advice and guidance on staffing issues.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage all elements of the Employee Lifecycle, including maternity, paternity pay, payroll, and benefits.
  • Contribute to HR-related projects, offering insights and expertise to drive initiatives forward.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably at a senior level.
  • Demonstrable responsibility for the full employee lifecycle and advisory capacity to senior business stakeholders.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This is a temporary role to start asap for 3 month period
