Senior Benefits Advisor

A prestigious international law firm seeks a Senior Benefits Advisor to join them on a permanent basis to work closely with the Reward Manager and Reward Analyst; this is an exciting, newly created role.

  • Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
  • Salary to £65,000
  • Highly autonomous role

The Senior Benefits Advisor will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the firm's compensation and benefits philosophy, practice, and policy across the global offices. The Senior Benefits Advisor will play a crucial role in the delivery of global benefit reviews, benefit benchmarking, recognition, pension, and health and wellbeing initiatives.

Senior Benefits AdvisorKey Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of all UK and international benefits processes
  • Coordinate and manage the benefits enrolment process
  • Maintain and update benefits records and documents
  • Contribute to broader reward-related projects
  • Work with brokers and benefits providers to negotiate competitive coverage terms
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations
  • Communicate benefits information to employees through presentations, individual sessions, and written materials
  • Assist with the management of the benefits budget

Senior Benefits Advisor Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 3 years+ Benefits/Reward experience within a law firm or professional services
  • Professional certification such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of benefits legislation and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in HRIS and benefits administration software
