Resourcing4HR are delighted to be partnering this health and social care charity in sourcing a Senior HR Advisor on a 12-month FTC basis. The role reports to the ER Manager and works alongside a team of 5. Overall the HR team are 25 strong covering areas of expertise in L&D, HR Operations, Payroll and Recruitment, alongside the ER team.

Key Background:

• CIPD Level 5 qualified professional.

• 5 years case work experience

• Organisational change experience

• Knowledge of up to date case examples with wide breath of issues including redundancy, consultations, gross misconduct, safeguarding, dismissals

• Experience of working within a multi-site, unionised environment

• Ability to engage and collaborate with relevant stakeholders at all levels

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships

• Ability to deliver high standards of customer service even when under pressure
