Senior HR Advisor, City of London, £45,000-£48,000, Hybrid Working (2 days WFH)

I am delighted to be partnering up with a prestigious high-end firm who are looking to recruit for a Senior HR Advisor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong and up to date knowledge of employment law and will be working closely with the wider HR ream to provide proactive and commercial HR advice and guidance to the business to assist them in delivering their overall business strategy.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

  • Establish and develop trusted relationships across the business
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
  • Provide support to the HR Business Partners to deliver change projects
  • Lead and/or participate on certain projects
  • Provide support to the wider HR Senior Team as required
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to specific client groups
  • Provide support on complex employee relations issues
  • Work closely with the Resourcing team

What experience do you need?

  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice, employment law and current thinking and developments in HR.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities & deliver to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent systems and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • CIPD L5 or equivalent relevant professional qualification.
