We are seeking an experienced Retail HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor to join a dynamic team and Brand. The Role:

  • Collaborate closely with management to design and implement Retail HR policies that enhance business performance.
  • Act as a primary contact for employee and manager inquiries, offering insights on policies and best practices.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure HR presence and address workforce needs.
  • Identify organisational gaps, propose solutions, and influence structural changes to optimize efficiency.
  • Oversee recruitment processes from job description creation to candidate selection, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Provide comprehensive support on employee relations, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and grievances, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Update company policies to reflect current employment law changes and communicate updates effectively.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives and deliver training to support leadership and employee development.
  • Manage cross-functional HR projects that contribute to strategic goals.

Your Profile

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent ideal but not essential
  • Working in a RETAIL HR environment is essential
  • At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and demonstrated experience handling employee relations.
  • Proven track record in leading recruitment processes and advising on selection tools.
  • Effective communicator with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with senior management and coaching teams on HR practices.
