My client are a leading financial services company and they are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their London based team.
This role will be recruiting for Data and Tech roles at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of end-to-end permanent, FTC and contractor recruitment processes
- Employer branding
- Ownership of graduate and internship recruitment
- Relationship building with key stakeholders, understanding hiring needs
- Maintenance of ATS
- Support on ad-hoc projects
Experience:
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
- Expert in relationship building with stakeholders at all levels
- Exposure to early careers/graduate recruitment
- Strong attention to detail
