About the Role:

We’re looking for an ambitious and innovative Talent Development professional to join our newly formed team. As a Talent Development (L&D) Advisor, you’ll play a key role in the design, implementation, and facilitation of global training projects. You will support in-person and virtual learning initiatives while driving forward the development of our workforce, with potential to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Talent Development (L&D) Advisor, you will facilitate workshops at all levels of the business, including inductions, skills development, and leadership training, both in-person and virtually. You will take an innovative approach to design and create training programmes, workshops, and supporting resources, ensuring they meet the needs of the business. Engaging with stakeholders across the organization, you will manage expectations and build strong relationships. Additionally, you will oversee large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard, while driving the rollout of new training initiatives and global learning programme

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience facilitating interactive workshops at all business levels (virtually and in person).
  • Proven ability in creating and designing training programmes and learning experiences.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and learning technologies.
  • Experience in a Learning and Development or Talent Development role.
  • CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development preferred
  • Psychometric profiling accreditation is a plus
  • Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder influencing and relationship-building skills
