Sonic Summary

Simon Acres Group is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for a full-time, permanent position at their North London branch.
The role offers a salary range of £40,000 to £44,000, depending on experience.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00, with Saturday shifts from 07:00 to 11:00 on a rota basis.
Candidates must have a valid HGV Class 2 Licence, CPC card, and proven experience as an HGV Driver.
The position requires strong knowledge of road safety regulations and a professional, customer-focused attitude.

Simon Acres Group have partnered with one of the largest independent builders’ merchants in the South East and are looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join their North London branch.

Full time, permanent role, paying £40,000 - £44,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 15:00

Saturday: 07:00 - 11:00 (on a rota basis)

Key responsibilities:

- Safely delivering goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring all health & safety and vehicle compliance regulations are followed.
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials as required.
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and adhering to company policies.

Experience & Skills Required:

Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
CPC card and Digital Tacho.
Proven experience as an HGV Driver.
Remote crane certification.
Strong knowledge of road safety and transport regulations.
A professional and customer-focused attitude.
Good physical fitness due to manual handling duties.
