HGV Drivers – Skips, RORO, Dustcarts
Location: Deptford SE14
Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

We are a leading Waste Management company based in South-East London, dedicated to delivering efficient and reliable waste collection services to businesses across London and Kent.
Role Description:
We are seeking three skilled HGV Drivers to join our Transport Team on a permanent basis. You will work on Skip Lorries OR RoRo’s OR Dustcarts depending on your experience. This role is ideal for candidates familiar with waste collection operations in South London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a fleet vehicle to collect recycling from various business addresses across London and Kent.
- Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
- Adhere to all road traffic signs and transport legislation.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition.
- Accurately complete paperwork and promptly report any vehicle damage, accidents, or mechanical issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV license (minimum Group C) with no more than 6 penalty points or disqualification in the last 10 years.
- Current Driver Certificate of Competence (CPC) card.
- Willingness to undergo further training as required.
- Strong teamwork, initiative, and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
