Carbon60 are looking to recruit an experienced Mailroom Supervisor, to join a worldwide facilities management company, based at their client's site in London.
This is a great opportunity to join an award company, offering stability and continuous progression.

  • Permanent - 40hr contract
  • 30,420
  • Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00.

Main Assignments:
Management of the mail service and porterage:

  • Outgoing and incoming couriers and Royal Mail
  • Outgoing and incoming internal post
  • Sorting and distribution of all mail and mail items to the relevant Client teams
  • Forwarding of any misdirected mail to relevant branch
  • Management of general building stationery, paper and printer hubs
  • Deliver a consistent high level of customer service to all building users.
  • Being flexible in assisting clients to deliver events - room set ups, moving, and shifting items
  • Manage proficiently existing HR policies
  • Complete all records as directed accurately and in timely manner
  • Report any incidents of accident, near misses, fire, theft, loss, damage, unfit food or other irregularities to line manager, taking appropriate action where possible

Person Specification -

  • Mail room experience
  • Experience of working in multi-tasking environment
  • Able to communicate on all levels, excellent customer care skills
  • Knowledge of H&S Desirable
  • Previous experience of working in a similar service environment via a multi-skilled workforce to blue chip organisations or within prestige environments with a strong focus on customer service.
