We are seeking Carpenter/Multi Traders for a social housing contract in Tottenham.
This is a temp to perm role, transitioning to a permanent contract after 12 weeks of work.

The pay rate is £20 per hour, equating to £664 take-home per week based on a 42.5-hour work week.
Candidates must have social housing experience, a full UK driving licence, and their own tools.

We are currently looking for Carpenter/Multi Traders to work on a social housing contract in the Tottenham area. This is a temp to perm role where you will be offered a permanent contract after 12 weeks work. The job will be carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, using a PDA and speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential.

The rate of pay is 20 per hour, 664 a week take home, based on a 42.5 hour week.

Requirements:
