We are seeking a Carpenter for a permanent position in the West London area with a well-established social housing contractor.
The role involves completing all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix carpentry and joinery, including hanging doors and installing skirtings and architraves.
Candidates should ideally hold a relevant trade qualification, have their own tools, and possess industry experience in social housing.
The position offers a salary ranging from £36,000 to £38,000 depending on experience, along with a company van and fuel card.
Applicants must have a Full UK Driving License and will enjoy benefits such as 22 days of bank holiday plus additional time off.

We are looking for a Carpenter in the West London area to work on the reactive maintenance team for a well-established social housing contractor. This is a permanent position, where a company can and fuel card is supplied from day one.

As the Carpenter you will complete:

All aspects of 1st & 2nd fix carpentry and joinery including hanging doors, skirtings, architraves etc

I am looking for a Carpenter who:

Ideally holds a qualification in a relevant trade
Has their own tools
Has relevant industry experience within social housing
Has a Full UK Driving License

In return, the Carpenter will receive:

36,000-38,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Company van and fuel card
Permanent employment
Overtime available
22 days bank holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off
