Pay: £35,000 - £38,000 + van & fuel card

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative.

Duties will include:

Install and repair doors, windows, and cabinets.
Fix or replace damaged woodwork (e.g., flooring, skirting).
Measure, cut, and fit wood for repairs or new installations.

Requirements:

Social housing/High volume works experience
Full UK driving licence
