The Role: Carpenter
Salary: £35,880

You will be responsible for delivering a building fabric service with a heavy carpentry bias. Ideally you will have worked in the building services sector, or similar, with basiccarpentry,electrical and/or plumbing skills as you will be carrying out fabric repairs. You should be physically fit as the role does involvessome manual handling, working at heights andworkingin confined spaces.
Youwill keep the clients updated with any developments, recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs etc and ensure a high level of customer service. Youwill need good verbal and written communication andbecomfortable working with IT to record your tasks and updates.
