We are seeking Carpenters for a social housing contract in West London.
This is a temp to perm position with a permanent contract offered after 6 months.
Candidates must have social housing experience and a carpentry qualification.
The pay rate is £20 per hour, equating to a take-home of £664 weekly based on a 42.5-hour work week.
A full UK driving licence and own tools are required for this role.

We are currently looking for Carpenters to work on a social housing contract in the West London area. This is a temp to perm role where you will be offered a permanent contract after 6 months work. The job will be carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, using a PDA and speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential.

The rate of pay is £20 per hour, £664 a week take home, based on a 42.5 hour week.

Requirements:

Social housing experience
Carpentry Qualification
