Sonic Summary

The position is for an experienced 1st & 2nd fix Carpenter in high-end residential construction in Southwest and Central London.
Candidates should have experience in high specification residential work and possess either an NVQ2 in carpentry or a City & Guilds qualification.
A CSCS Card is strongly preferred, and applicants must have their own full set of tools.
The job offers ongoing work with hours typically from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with some weekend opportunities available.
The pay rate is £200 per day under the CIS scheme.

Carpenter - London

Our clients are well established in the high-end residential construction market with projects in Southwest London & Central London. We are looking for experienced 1st & 2nd fix Carpenter.

We guarantee weekly pay!

Main Duties:

1st fix (plaster boarding, timber framing, flooring etc.)
2nd fix (hanging doors, skirtings, architraves)

Requirements:

Experience on high spec residential
CSCS Card strongly preferred.
NVQ2 carpentry or City & Guilds required.
Must have own full set of tools.

Job Details:

Locations: Southwest London, Central London
Ongoing work
8:00am-5:00pm (hours may vary)
Mon-Fri. Some weekends may be available.
Rates 200p/d CIS
