As a Residential Doorman, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class residential experience to our residents, visitors, and guests. You will provide unparalleled service, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure, while maintaining safety, security, and the cleanliness of our environment.Key Responsibilities:* Greet residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude, ensuring a memorable experience* Work with security and concierge teams to ensure a secure building * Assist with the move-in and move-out process* Assist with deliveries, luggage, directions, taxi arrangements, and respond to general inquiries * Communicate resident requests to the appropriate departments and ensure swift follow-up* Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the entrance area at all times* Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth service handover and deliver an outstanding experience to all stakeholders* Compliance with all safety practices and regulations in line with the Health and Safety at Work ActKey Requirements:* Proven experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or high-end residential setting* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills* High attention to detail and a proactive, service-driven mindset.* Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain a clean, presentable environment* A flexible team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.If you're dedicated to providing exceptional service and are passionate about creating an outstanding resident experience, we'd love to hear from you.
