R9 Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for a permanent FRA (Fire Resistance Assessment) Carpenter in London.
Salary 42,000 PA
Role Overview: Perform inspections, installations, and maintenance of fire-rated doors and hardware in compliance with fire safety regulations. Work independently and in a team, liaise with management, and travel to various sites as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess and repair or replace fire-rated doors.
- Install doors and hardware following regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
- UK driving licence and expertise in fire door installation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations, carpentry, and attention to detail.
- Health & Safety awareness, with training/qualification in fire door installation being desirable.
