Mobile Carpenter (Social Housing)

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Tower Hamlets

Pay Rate: Competitive

One of the largest maintenance housing property companies are currently looking to employ a Mobile Carpenter covering the Tower Hamlets area on a long term temporary Contract with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.

Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm

Duties:

Carrying out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied properties
Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry
Responsible for duties to include but not limited to - hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows / doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units etc
Providing excellent professional customer service to tenants

Requirements

NVQ 2 in Carpentry Minimum
Maintenance /repairs experience
Social Housing experience preferable
Excellent communication skills
UK Driving License
No criminal record
