Multi Trade Carpenter

Your new companyOur clients have over 1000 employees and provides integrated asset management for housing associations and local authorities, focusing on improving the living conditions of residents and leaving a lasting legacy in the communities they serve. Their services include responsive repairs, void refurbishments, compliance services and planned maintenance works.Your new roleAs a Multi Trade Carpenter you will be carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties, you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work. Your core trade will be in carpentry and will have the relevant qualification and experience in this trade. You will also be able to complete plumbing works. You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role you will require relevant experience as a multi-skilled carpenter in residential environments. You will also require knowledge and ability to carry out basic plumbing duties. You will also require:

• Full UK driving license
• Relevant trade qualifications
• CSCS card desirable

What you'll get in returnWhen successful in securing this role you will receive a permanent contract with a large, well-established maintenance contractor. You will also receive:

• £34,000 - £44,000 (depending on experience and technical ability)
