We're working on behalf of a local authority in Kensington and Chelsea, West London, who are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join their housing estate maintenance team.

This is a static role based on a single housing estate - all properties are within walking distance, so no van or fuel card is required.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking a wide range of carpentry and multi-trade works including, but not limited to, hanging doors and frames, fitting kitchens, structural flooring and finishes, fitting and replacing locks, fitting baths and basins, tiling, painting and decorating, etc.
Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
City & Guilds Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Site Carpentry
