Caretaker Driver

Job Opportunity: Caretaker Driver – East London (£14.50/hr | 35–40 hrs/week)

We’re hiring for a Caretaker role that may occasionally involve covering the Bulk Collection Team when needed.

We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to help maintain, organise, and improve various residential sites. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality caretaking services that meet and exceed customer expectations.

You’ll work independently and as part of a team, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the ongoing development of the service. • Internal and external cleaning of residential estates

• Sweeping and litter picking

• Changing bins

• Internal window cleaning

• General caretaking and maintenance duties

• Enhanced DBS check (mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role

• A strong track record in cleaning and maintenance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

• Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures

• Capable of using appropriate tools and equipment
