Looking for an individual with 12 months customer service experience looking to work in a Legal Software company in order to gain experience within the corporate world. Ideally looking for an individual with an English based degree with a strong attitude to get stuck in and join a vibrant team.

Pay Rate: £27,000

Hours: 09:00-17:39

Duration: 10-12 months

The role:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients providing consultative advice in relation to all aspects of our hearing room services including the collation of transcription, equipment and logistics requirements
  • Liaising directly with solicitors, barristers, judicial clerks and court reporting teams, providing information, up selling where appropriate, troubleshooting as required and gathering feedback.
  • Having in-depth knowledge of the company platform to ensure you can advise clients on how to maximise its usage.
  • Liaising closely with the Business Development, Solution Operations, Production, Software Engineering and Technical Delivery teams to ensure the delivery of a seamless, efficient service.
  • Regular and accurate recording of control information and timely billing at month end.

The individual:

  • Bright and engaging, with a willingness to learn and use initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and the ability to juggle tasks, adapt and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team player with a flexible attitude to meet the changing needs of the business and our clients.
  • Proven track record in a client facing or professional services role is desirable but not essential.
