- Client Consultation & Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients, advising on hearing room services, and coordinating transcription, equipment, and logistics needs.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Engage directly with solicitors, barristers, judicial clerks, and court reporting teams to provide information, troubleshoot issues, gather feedback, and upsell services.
- Platform Training: Deliver training sessions to clients on effective use of the platform.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development, Projects, Production, Software Engineering, and Technical Delivery, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Administrative Accuracy: Maintain accurate records and ensure timely billing at month-end.
