Case Manager £25,000-£28,000LondonTHE COMPANY: Our client is a global leader within Legal technology, with a strong reputation for best-in-class services. They are seeking a Case Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.The role:
  • Client Consultation & Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients, advising on hearing room services, and coordinating transcription, equipment, and logistics needs.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Engage directly with solicitors, barristers, judicial clerks, and court reporting teams to provide information, troubleshoot issues, gather feedback, and upsell services.
  • Platform Training: Deliver training sessions to clients on effective use of the platform.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development, Projects, Production, Software Engineering, and Technical Delivery, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Administrative Accuracy: Maintain accurate records and ensure timely billing at month-end.
Requirements:
  • Positive and Proactive Attitude: Bright, engaging, and eager to learn while taking initiative.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organisational Excellence: Detail-oriented with strong time management skills, capable of multitasking and thriving under pressure.

  • Team-Oriented and Adaptable: Flexible, collaborative team player, open to meeting evolving business and client needs, with client-facing experience as a plus.
