The Role:

I am pleased to be working with a reputable law firm who are seeking a Patent Administrator to support a fast-paced team and supporting the businesses Patent Attorneys. Reporting to the Patents Team Manager, you'll handle docketing, filing applications, liaising with clients, and ensuring all legal documentation is accurate.

Responsibilities:

  • Distribute and manage incoming correspondence.
  • Use Inprotech to create new case entries and add deadlines
  • File handling, including retrieving and sending files to storage
  • Inbox management for allocated fee earners
  • Train staff and provide filing estimates.

Skills & Experience:

  • MUST of used Inprotech case management system
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of patent procedures and Inprotech.
  • CIPA Administration Certificate preferred; IP experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
