Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing patent applications and formalities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines
  • Coordinating with attorneys, clients and international patent offices
  • Maintaining and updating patent records and databases
  • Preparing and filing necessary documents and correspondence
  • Monitoring and processing incoming communications related to patent matters

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a patent formalities department
  • CIPA qualification is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in patent management software and Microsoft Office Suite
