We are working on an exciting opportunity with our leading client, who are seeking a Patent Formalities Administrator (Junior to Mid-Level) to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What experience will you need? In order to be successful, you will need at least a years’ worth of experience working within a busy patent support team. A CIPA qualification might be beneficial. However, this is not essential as any training required will be provided. Additionally, you’ll need to be a well organised individual with good deadline management and interpersonal skills.

Duties involved:

  • Docketing.
  • Case management.
  • Liaising with clients where necessary.
  • Preparing and filing patent applications.
  • Corresponding with the relevant IPOs.
  • Managing an inbox.
