Our client, a multi award-winning patent litigation practice, are seeking a Patent Litigation Paralegal to join their London team.
The Opportunity
The successful Patent Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for providing assistance to fee earners. Duties to include:
- Assisting with Court hearings and trials
- Preparation of papers
- Internal and external document management
- Checking, finalising and sending correspondence
- Attending hearings and taking notes
- Requesting Skeleton Arguments
- Liaising with the travel team to arrange fee earner travel
- Diary management
This Patent Litigation Paralegal opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
Requirements
Essential
- Experience working as a Patent Paralegal within in a law firm
Desired
- A degree or certificate either in Law or Paralegal Studies
