The floor managerat KOLAE helps the general manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
Main responsibilities
- Supervising stock order of consumables
- Service quality
- Supervising food bibles, training and knowledge tests for our floor staff
- Supervising training processes for the floor team
- A well suited life-work balance
