An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Floor Manager to join our experienced team at OPSO restaurant in Marylebone

Set in the heart of Marylebone, OPSO introduced and established the Modern Greek food in Londons dining since 2014, combining the contemporary culinary perspective with the famous Greek hospitality. We are a fine-casual restaurant with multiple awards and significant distinctions in the culinary world received throughout the years. We work with the highest standards and pride ourselves in the exceptional and unique service we provide. We are renowned for our dedication to excellence in dining experiences, offering an attentive, well-informed, friendly service. We take pride in the knowledge and sourcing behind the food and wine, with special dishes and new wines being introduced regularly.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Floor manager to join our team. You will be expected to work at highest levels, through a busy service and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and an all-round unique restaurant experience.

Salary: £38700 yearly.

Requirements:

-Proven 3 years experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Floor Supervisor in a busy, high-profile restaurant

-Very good knowledge of the English language

-Ability to delegate tasks and think on your feet as you address the needs of staff and guests

-Strong leadership and communication skills

-Excellent organisational and time management skills

-Prior fine-dining experience would be a plus, without being essential

Responsibilities:

-Ensuring customers have a positive dining experience by delivering superior service

-Seeking opportunities to enhance the guest experiences, requesting feedback and evaluating service levels

-Coordinating daily restaurant management operations

-Helping the senior management to lead the restaurant team during busy services

-Training, development and supervision of team members
