Position: Release Manager - igaming
Location: Shoreditch - Hybrid - Three days in the office
Our client a leading igaming business are looking to hire a Release Manager to oversee and optimise the delivery of our in-house roadmap, ensuring smooth game releases from studio to launch on their platform. This position will report into the Head of Delivery, and you will work with cross-functional teams to create seamless launches.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery and release of games, platform, and software updates to all customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Work closely with the RGS team internal development, QA, and delivery teams to coordinate and approve game releases, troubleshoot technical issues, and facilitate smooth launches
- Ensure all necessary certificates and regulatory requirements are met before launches, maintaining accurate records and progress updates within company tracking tools
- Implement best practices and improve delivery and release processes to enhance, performance, and alignment with audit and business goals
- Serve as the primary contact for release progress, providing updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Release Manage or equivalent position, ideally within the igaming industry and with game development teams or studios
- Familiarity with UK and EU gambling regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the development and release processes
- Proficient in using tools like Jira, Confluence, and other tracking systems, with a solid understanding of development lifecycle
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent communication skills to address challenges and keep stakeholders informed
