Casual Pastry Chef Work
We are looking for Pastry chefs for the coming Winter Season,Agency Pastry Chefs all levels.
This is regular work at a 5 Star Hotel in Central London. They are looking to have the same regular chefs from now until mid-December.
Remuneration
£16.50-£18 Per Hour (£18.49 to £20.17 Per Hour Inclusive of Holiday)
Times of Work
5 Days a week Over Monday to Sunday 2 Days OFF
Shift Range Between: 8.00 till 18.00 / 12.00-22.00 / 11.00-21.30
Shift Times Depending on theArea of the hotel operation
What the Work is
Volume Pastry Prep- Afternoon Tea and Banqueting
Plating Up & Garnishing at Function
Support 2 AA Rossette Restaurant Prep + Service

The Hotel is based in Central London
Experience and Requirements
Relevant Pastry Chef 5 Star or Fine Dining Experience- Fresh Food and Volume.
Minium experience needed at the Chef De Partie level.
A Bonus if you have additional niche pastry skills: Classical ptisserie, viennoserie and boulangerie. bakery, chocolate & sugar work, desserts.
Licence/Certifications:
Level 2 Food Safety Certificate andAllergen Training -Certificate
Your own Presentable chef whites, hat, apron, knives, and steel toe cap safety shoes
