Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a number of 5 star hotels and 2AA to 3AA Rosette restaurants in London, and we are on the lookout for some dedicated and passionate pastry chefs who love to cook with fresh ingredients to a high level. Do you have rosette experience and looking for ongoing work over summer?

A successful Agency Pastry Chef will work alongside a talented team, preparing for meals and getting ready for service. Ideally be confident on working on most sections, you will need to be a good team player and happy to jump in where needed.
