The Role:
As the Breakfast Chefyou will be responsible forpreparing and executing an exceptional breakfast menu that showcasesour commitment to quality and creativity. Your key duties will include:
Preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold breakfast dishes to the highest standards
Ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
Collaborating with the Head Chef on menu development and recipe refinement
Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary supplies
Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, creative breakfast dishes
Strong technical cooking skills and a keen eye for detail
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Food hygiene certification
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
