We are currently seeking aBreakfast Chef de Partieto join an exceptional kitchen team, working under the mentorship of an experienced Head Chef. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef with a 2 or 3 AA Rosette A La Carte background to demonstrate their skills and grow within a prestigious establishment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette environment, with A La Carte experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, with a passion for maintaining the highest standards in food preparation and presentation
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Experience in managing breakfast service with precision and consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
