AsBreakfast Chef de Partieyou responsibilities will include:

Make sure the morning menu is served up to the highest standards and within the allocated budget
Ensure the smooth running of breakfast and lunch service
Run and supervise the kitchen to the required standards set by the Head Chef
Ensure all preparation is complete and ready for the service
Responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
Cook to the expected high standard
Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen
Must be able to take initiative and rely on yourself
Prepare staff meals as per weekly calendar

TheBreakfast Chefde Partie we are looking for will:

Have prior experience working as a breakfast chef, ideally in the hotel business or something comparable
Demonstrated culinary abilities with at least Level 2 Food Safety
Be self-motivated and enthusiastic
Havegood eye for detail and accuracy
Establish relationships and good communication with other hotel departments
Be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
