BREAKFAST CHEF DE PARTIE, MAIN KITCHEN

39 hours, 5 days per week | 4:30am start time.

Were looking for Breakfast Chef de Partie to join our iconic main kitchen team.

As a Breakfast Chef de Partie at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the day-to-day breakfast service.
  • Assisting with mis en place as required.
  • Assisting in the production of staff food.
  • Ensuring that all buffets are stocked appropriately.

As Breakfast Chef, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts for breakfast begin at 4:30am, so candidates must be able to travel to work during the early hours.

To be a successful Breakfast Chef de Partie candidate, you will ideally have previous experience working in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, preferably with a focus on breakfast service.
