The Twenty Two, a luxury lifestyle hotel with an all-day neighbourhood restaurant and a private members club, on the historic Grosvenor Square in Londons Mayfair.
Set within a listed Edwardian manor, this boutique property (and once single-family home) has a rich history of decadent hosts, candle lights and shadows which were honoured in a modern renovation to become awestside hide-a-way for creative cohorts and a venue that promotes the opportunity for ideas to grow.
The role
To prepare and manage the daily employee's meals, to assist the kitchens by preparingingredients for all dishes, ensuring freshness and quality to maintain our high culinary standards.
To support chefs in the execution of recipes, from basic prep work to more intricate cooking tasks, contributing to the seamless operation of the kitchen.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food, whose attention to detail is second to none and who has an innate ability to lead and inspire others.
