We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join a thriving Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in the heart of Central London. If you're enthusiastic about fresh, seasonal ingredients and love creating mouth-watering dishes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on fresh ingredients
Work collaboratively within a skilled kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent dishes
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu development and daily preparation
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety
Lead by example, motivating junior kitchen staff and sharing culinary knowledge

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Cook in a fresh food kitchen
A strong background in Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
