- Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian cuisine using the finest, fresh ingredients
- Assist with menu development, ensuring the high-end dining experience is maintained
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fresh food or high-end kitchen, ideally with Italian cuisine
- A passion for fresh, homemade dishes and delivering exceptional food
- Strong leadership and team management skills
