Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality Mediterranean cuisine, emphasizing fresh and seasonal ingredients
Collaborate with a skilled kitchen team to deliver consistently outstanding dishes
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu development and daily food preparation
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety
Lead by example, motivating junior kitchen staff and fostering a positive work environment

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Line Cook in a fresh food kitchen
Background in Mediterranean cuisine is a strong plus
