Remuneration: £12.50-14phr

Contract Details: Temporary contract for 2 months

Working Pattern: Full Time 35-40hr week

Are you a passionate and talented chef with a flair for creating delicious meals from a variety of cuisines? We are currently seeking a versatile Chef to join our client's team in Bethnal Green on a temporary basis for 2 months. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of high-end catering food, ranging from Italian dishes to various other cuisines such as Indian, Thai, Greek, and more.
• Develop menu ideas and create innovative and visually appealing dishes that meet the clients' expectations.
• Ensure that food preparation and presentation are of the highest quality and meet all food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a clean and organised kitchen, including monitoring inventory and ordering supplies.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any customer feedback or concerns.

Skills:

• Extensive experience in preparing and cooking a range of high-end catering food, with a strong emphasis on Italian cuisine.
• Demonstrated versatility in working with various cuisines, such as Indian, Thai, Greek, and more.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent culinary techniques and knowledge of food safety standards.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
