What You'll Bring:
- Organisation & Time Management: Ability to manage your time effectively and ensure smooth service.
- Attention to Detail: A focus on consistency, presentation, and quality in every dish.
- Stock & Ordering: Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain the highest standards in food safety and cleanliness.
- Record Keeping: Ensure that kitchen logs and records are always up to date.
- Teamwork: Work well with our team and enjoy interacting with our wonderful customers through our open kitchen hatch.
- Creativity: Bring fresh ideas to our brunch menu and contribute to our mission to be the best.
About You:
- Youre a team player with a hands-on approach.
- You have great attention to detail, ensuring every dish is perfect.
- A nice person who fits in well with both colleagues and customers.
- Comfortable working weekends as part of a rotating schedule of 3 day per week (2 full weekends, 1 day on 1 weekend, and 1 weekend off per month).

Shift Hours:
- Weekdays: 8am 4pm
- Weekends: 8:30am 5pm
