Founded in 1867, Iskender is the worlds oldest dner kebab restaurant and a celebrated symbol of Turkish culinary excellence. With locations in Bursa and Istanbul, we are proud to open our first international branch in Knightsbridge, London, in May 2025.
We are looking for kitchen personnel with skills in butchering, grilling (e.g., barbecue), or experience working in Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine. Training will be provided to teach the specific techniques and standards that define our iconic dish.
Responsibilities
Prepare and handle meat with precision and care.
Assist with grilling and food preparation in a high-paced kitchen environment.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
Learn and apply the unique methods required to create Iskenders signature dishes.
