Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Chef de cuisine for a new French restaurant set to open in March 2025.
Candidates should have a luxury French brasserie background, preferably with experience in London at a 2 rosettes level.
This position is also suitable for a Head Chef with excellent knowledge of French cuisine.
A very good salary will be offered, depending on experience.
Please note that only candidates eligible to work in the UK will be considered, including those with UK settlement or British nationality.
