Our Restaurant in Westfield, Stratford is our very ambitious, two floor of seating area and a wraparound outside dining. We are even flying in 2 tonnes smokers for our Pit room straight from the States but with even more openings to come, nothing is impossible for all of us here at Big Easy.

The role

We are currently recruiting for BBQ Chef and CDP's to join our busy and highly successful kitchen team. Our high profile restaurants, serve authentic BBQ with an emphasis on quality ingredients and homestyle cooking.

Working closely with the team, and taking instruction from the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, your main responsibilities will be to ensure exceptional standards and quality of each dish is delivered. You will experience a rotation of the kitchen, spending time in each section to help with your development and knowledge of our kitchen, and support the team all areas of cost and waste management.

We've gotta say - this is a high volume restaurant serving up to 800 covers daily so experience dealing with this volume and pace but still delivering great food consistently is a must.

You should have the ability to remain cool under pressure, and work at a fast pace whilst demonstrating exceptional attention to detail ensuring that every dish is perfect.
